The incomparable Simone Biles says that she competes for love, not work. We want all young leaders to find out what fuels them and help them determine a path to making that a life-long pursuit. Our JRS Empowerment Camps are designed to expose attendees to powerful speakers who have blazed their own path and can encourage others to do the same. We aim to create a powerful network that will help young dreamers to find the right job for them or connect them with a mentor who can help them start the business they were meant to run. We want our young dreamers to know that the JRS Foundation will do whatever we can to ensure their ultimate success.
